Keith R Marchiando
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Keith has over 18 years of experience as a financial professional at three major industrial companies including Dura Automotive Systems, The Dow Chemical Company, and Ford Motor Company. As CFO of publicly-traded Dura, he had responsibility for all aspects of finance for this $2.4 billion global automotive and specialty vehicle supplier with over 60 manufacturing plants in 22 countries.
Keith led the refinancing of the Dura’s balance sheet to enhance the liquidity position of the company and he championed the integration and modernization of the company’s finance organization. This included the development and implementation of an enterprise-wide accounting, financial planning and analysis system. He was also instrumental in the identification and negotiation of the company’s first Chinese automotive joint venture. Prior, as corporate controller at Dura, Keith led the planning and implementation of the company’s Sarbanes-Oxley compliance efforts.
At The Dow Chemical Company, Keith was instrumental in the development and implementation of Dow’s first “market facing” business unit — Dow Automotive, a global supplier of resins and specialty adhesives to the automotive OEM and aftermarket industries. As the business unit’s first global finance director, Keith was tasked with the development of the finance organization and overall corporate processes. During his tenure at Dow Automotive, he oversaw the business’ growth to over $1 billion through acquisition and organic means.
At Ford Motor Company, Keith held a variety of finance positions included serving as vehicle finance manager for the large car product development organization and value analysis purchasing efforts as well as controller for the aftermarket replacement glass business.
Keith earned an MBA from the Tepper School of Management at Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Lehigh University. In addition, he has completed significant course work in chemical engineering. Keith is a past president of the Beta Gamma Sigma honorary society at Lehigh University and presently sits on the board of directors of the Detroit chapter of Variety, The Children’s Charity.
