Trevor Rudderham had amassed plenty of experience in product engineering and planning in a large OEM. But a few years ago, he found himself attracted to a much smaller start–up with a very clear mission: to create a viable purpose-built law enforcement patrol car. Carbon Motors is aiming squarely at a sizeable market in North America that is currently dominated by modified retail cars such as Ford’s Crown Victoria.
