Keith R Marchiando Named CFO of Carbon Motors™

Seasoned automotive executive and former CFO of publicly-traded $2 billion Tier 1 automotive supplier joins the Carbon team.

Carbon Motors Corporation, a new American automaker developing the world’s first purpose-built law enforcement patrol vehicle, has named Keith Richard Marchiando as its Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer. Marchiando will report to William Santana Li, Chairman and CEO of Carbon Motors and will have responsibility for all aspects of finance, human capital, information technology, and overall corporate integration matters.

“Keith has the perfect profile for Carbon Motors in having both extensive experience in the automotive supply base as well as at a major automaker,” said Li. “With his drive and passion for the business he is certainly a welcome addition to the team — especially as the Company continues to gain significant momentum.”

Prior to joining Carbon Motors, Marchiando served as CFO at Dura Automotive Systems, Inc., which operates over 60 automotive and specialty vehicle component manufacturing facilities on 4 continents. He had global responsibility for tax, treasury, strategy, mergers & acquisitions, business planning, internal audit, accounting and investor relations. Prior to Dura, Marchiando was Global Business Finance Director at The Dow Chemical Company in their automotive global business unit overseeing over a $1 billion in revenues. He also held a variety of financial management positions at Ford Motor Company in the large car product development organization and in the aftermarket components business.

Marchiando earned an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and BS in Business Administration from Lehigh University.
