Rick Kranz of Automotive News attended an invitation only sneak preview of Carbon Motors’ running prototype of the world’s first purpose-built law enforcement patrol vehicle. Kranz interviewed Carbon’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, William Santana Li, and one of the Company’s advisory board members, Dr. Lee Brown – a member of President Clinton’s Cabinet and past New York City Police Commissioner.
