WASHINGTON, DC—U.S. Congressman Mike Pence released the following statement after Carbon Motors announced that BMW will partner with Carbon Motors in developing powertrain technology for the Carbon E7, the new law enforcement vehicle that Carbon will produce in Connersville:

“I applaud this positive development as it moves us one step closer to full production of the E7 in Connersville, Indiana. No doubt today’s news is the hard-earned result of a collaborative effort, the kind of team work that brought Carbon Motors to Fayette County and the kind that will ultimately result in the first E7 rolling off the line.”
