Will we be able to modify the vehicle after we receive it?
There should be no reason why an agency would need to modify the vehicle since Carbon Motors will offer all equipment as factory installed. A major benefit of the E7 is that this equipment will be engineered to be seamlessly integrated into the vehicle and be compliant with federal safety and operational standards. The addition of after-market items may compromise standard equipment functionality, may not comply with federal safety standards, and may invalidate the vehicle warranty. Should you find that your specific equipment or technology needs are not being met by Carbon Motor’s product offerings, then please let us know and we will work with you to insure they are addressed. The best way to do this is to join the Carbon Council.
