Our target is to ensure that the initial purchase price of Carbon’s purpose-built vehicle will be comparable to what law enforcement agencies are currently paying for a retail vehicle and after-market equipment combined. The total cost of ownership is where agencies stand to save a generous sum of money due to the E7’s superior engineering, durability and efficiency.

Can larger agencies negotiate a lower price or will every agency pay the same price?
Though subject to change, at this time we are pursuing a nationwide same price for all agencies approach (except for shipping costs). We wish to be able to extend the economies of scale to all of the agencies and instill a more level playing field across agency budgets. We will, however, run specials from time to time on equipment options or vehicles in order to better match supply with demand.

Who is going to sell and distribute the E7?
Carbon Motors Corporation is both the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and the retailer. Carbon will sell and distribute the vehicle directly from the factory.

Will we be able to order different configurations?
Yes. You will be able to order the vehicle in different configurations either via phone, with one of our direct sales associates, online, or visiting us at the Carbon Campus. At this time, there are over 35 different options available to add to our base vehicle.

Who is going to service the E7?
Carbon intends to maximize vehicle uptime for law enforcement agencies. Carbon will use our law enforcement’s nationwide service infrastructure (a majority of the agencies have their own service facilities) in order to service the vehicle in concert with our Carbon Service Centers where necessary. Carbon will have parts readily available and will tailor the service and repair solution to the region and the specific law enforcement agency.

Membership entitles you to participate in contests, surveys, a secure user's forum, formal and informal market research events, digital design reviews, pre-production customer drive evaluations and invitations to future corporate events. All qualified personnel are invited to participate in the council.
