The Carbon Council is a users’ group, comprised of active and retired law enforcement professionals and government personnel, established to provide direct interaction with the Carbon Motors team. Members can make suggestions, provide feedback and speak directly to the decision makers. For example, input regarding product development, production, sales and service processes was gathered directly from Carbon Council members – and is a continuing major influence in the decision making processes at Carbon Motors.
Formed as a conduit for our team to receive input and ongoing feedback from our potential customers, the Carbon Council is playing a vital role in making the Carbon E7 the most effective law enforcement tool possible. And once our pre-production prototypes are ready for field evaluations, Carbon Council members will be the first ones to receive the call!
Membership is open only to individuals who deal with the life cycle of law enforcement vehicles, including active law enforcement officials and the civilian personnel who budget for, purchase, maintain, decommission and dispose of law enforcement vehicles.
We also encourage personnel who have retired from these positions to share the benefit of their experiences with the Carbon Council.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
I know that there's no substitute for the insight and expertise of the officer on the street. Patrolling neighborhoods, running traffic, responding to emergencies, or working with community groups on crime prevention—no one else knows what's needed to get the job done better than an officer on the front line.
Additionally, nobody but local government officials, law enforcement administrators, fleet administrators and mechanics can better illustrate the financial concerns, labor-sourcing challenges and liability issues that contribute to the total operating costs of law enforcement vehicles.
We want your expertise.
As a member of the Carbon Council, you'll be able to provide suggestions and feedback on the design and features of the Carbon E7, to ensure that our vehicle reflects the real-world needs of law enforcement agencies across the nation. You'll also be eligible to participate in contests, surveys and more, and you'll get to “peek behind the curtain” and play an exclusive role in the development of the E7.
