When I joined Carbon Motors as head of product development, I knew I would draw on a number of assignments I’ve had – assignments that carried me to the four corners of the world at various points in my career. It’s not uncommon in the automotive industry to conduct business across certain boundaries, and on more than one occasion I have found myself managing teams in separate offices, across multiple time zones, and even across continents. These were all great experiences that I thought would serve me well in the future – and since I’ve still not caught up on my sleep from those days, I would preferably look to the distant future to utilize those skills! But here at Carbon Motors, we are already managing efforts spread across nine time zones!
Our core team is in Atlanta. Some of our designers are out in California. We have active suppliers doing a substantial amount of work in Detroit, Arizona, Georgia, England, and Germany. I think I’ve seen this movie before!
Well, the greatest thing to come out of all of this is the comfort of knowing that our law enforcement customers will have the world-class product that they need and deserve, built by the best talent using the best technologies from the best suppliers from around the globe! And I, for one, believe that is a result worthy of giving up a little sleep.

Your vehicle looks awesome! I like what I see from a Cops point of view! The E7 is my new desk top background. I hope my service purchases your vehicle so that the E7 can be new office!
This is the best thing that has happened to law enforcement in a very long time. Cops need a more comfortable and useable work space. I can't wait for our agency to buy one
Can you imagine the look on a bad guy's face when he see's the red and blues light up behind him, and he has that split second thought of running? Ha!!! He'll think twice I'm sure! I can't wait to take one out on patrol! Hurry up Carbon! Hurry up!!
Great idea, great car, but how do we get it fixed when it breaks?
Doesn't do us any good to provide a world-class product without backing it with world-class service. First and most importantly - keep the car out of the shop and from breaking in the first place by designing it for the abuse of law enforcement operations. Short story if your agency has a service facility, we'll train, provided the technical support, parts, etc. If not, we'll service it. Our focus is on vehicle uptime including looking at unmarked loaner cars so our first responders are ready to respond - and not waiting for their car that is in the shop.
