It was 30 deg F this morning in Columbus, Ohio. But it didn’t matter because the crowd of law enforcement professionals that had gathered to grab a glimpse of the Carbon E7 warmed up to it real quick! “The car looks so fast, I feel like I need to give it a ticket!”. And it’s funny to see what grabs people. For some, it is the fascination and realization that it has NACA ducts in the quarter panel to feed air to the radiation and biological WMD sensors. For others it is the comfort of the purpose-built seat and yet others are just fascinated by the heated and cooled cupholders. Some just can’t believe their eyes and sit and stare at the car for hours. While others learn about the car and before we get in a word edge wise they are already telling the next person all about it! What a great thing to watch.
“Sir, you guys have thought of everything. I don’t know what to say”. Well, I am not sure about that but what I am sure of is that our country’s law enforcement first responders are beginning the grass roots movement in demanding that this vehicle be built in full-scale production. Guess all of these years of listening and making “Designed by Law Enforcement for Law Enforcement” a reality is starting to pay off…
